Chimney 2 Nos Demolition | UKAI Thermal Power Station, Gujrat

In a meticulously planned operation, two towering chimneys, each reaching a height of 85 meters, were demolished using a sophisticated control blasting technique. This method was chosen to ensure precision and safety, allowing for the successful removal of the structures without causing any damage to the numerous important buildings and assets located in close proximity. The operation was executed flawlessly, showcasing the effectiveness of modern demolition practices.

Cooling Towers 8 Nos Demolition | KTPS Thermal Plant , TSGENCO

We have successfully demolished 8 Nos Cooling Towers each with an average height of 115 Meters . With this we have successfully broken our own record of 3 simultaneous cooling towers demolition . A new record for the first time in India of demolishing 4 cooling towers simultaneously with high precision implosion technique has been set by us . This demolition was done in KTPS Thermal Power Plant of TSGENCO in Kothagudem , Telangana .

Storage Hall Demolition | Birla Cement , Satna

This is the demolition of yet another storage hall (Klinker) at the Birla Cement plant situated in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. The task of dismantling the aging storage structure presented numerous challenges, particularly the need to ensure that the surrounding plant infrastructure remained unharmed throughout the process. World Record Height Chimney Demolition | 256 M Height & 50 M Width | Angul , Odissa

This remarkable event marks the demolition of an unprecedented chimney structure, notable for its extraordinary height and width, located in Angul, Odisha. This chimney, which was constructed with exceptional strength and durability, had to be brought down due to unforeseen circumstances. The entire operation was executed flawlessly without any external assistance, under the expert guidance of our esteemed director and blasting specialist, Dr. Anand Sharma ( PhD Control Blasting & Implosion) . This achievement stands out as the tallest chimney ever to be demolished using controlled blasting techniques, not only in India and Asia but potentially across the globe, as such new chimneys with a substantial 50-meter base have never been dismantled before. 

Pre-Heaters Demolition | ACC Cement Plant , Ghughus
